Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Pre-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting role.
• 3+ years of software development or related experience.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a consultative process with customers to define challenges and opportunities.
• Map challenges to Couchbase ecosystem and present business value.
• Deliver demonstrations and technical collateral; support PoCs and pilots.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide field feedback.
