Job summary

VESTIRSI, an Australian accessories brand based in Brisbane, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Australia and the US, driving CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth in a founder-led environment. This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical expertise with Meta, Google, GA4, and Shopify, plus a track record scaling premium consumer brands internationally.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally with a strong agency background and exposure to a diverse portfolio of DTC and ecommerce brands.
Extensive hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets across Meta and Google, with particular depth across Meta.
A proven ability to scale ecommerce businesses profitably, balancing customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term commercial performance.
Experience managing international paid media campaigns, ideally across Australia and the US.
Strong commercial understanding of CAC, COS, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, LTV and marginal efficiency.
The confidence to set the broader acquisition strategy while remaining close to execution, campaign management and optimisation.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Australia and the US, with direct accountability for performance and commercial outcomes.
Personally manage and optimise multi-million-dollar annual media budgets across Meta and Google.
Drive profitable customer acquisition, with a clear focus on CAC, COS, MER, ROAS and revenue growth.
Lead budget allocation across markets, channels, campaigns and products, making informed decisions based on performance and marginal return.
Establish a considered approach to creative testing, audience development, campaign optimisation and scaling.
Identify opportunities to reach new customers and unlock growth across existing and emerging markets.
Partner closely with Creative, CRM and Ecommerce teams, using performance insights to inform creative direction and the broader customer acquisition strategy.
Own forecasting, budget pacing and performance reporting, translating complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
Support the development of the internal performance marketing function, including mentoring and growing the team as the business scales.
