Job summary

Fit Litter, one of Australia’s fastest-growing D2C pet brands, seeks a Senior Performance Marketer/Media Buyer to own paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok in AU, the UK and NZ. You’ll run accounts daily, scale spend, and set up testing that guides the creative team on what to make next.

You’ll design testing structures, provide data-backed insights, and help the team optimize bundles, pricing and landing pages. 4+ years of hands-on media buying in a growth environment is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on media buying in a DTC or ecommerce business (or agency).
• Track record of managing and scaling Meta accounts with measurable results.
• Experience buying on Meta since the Andromeda update, including creative diversity and consolidated structures.
• Strong grasp of concept testing and balancing efficiency with account stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad accounts across AU, UK and NZ with structures aligned to Meta delivery post-Andromeda.
• Make budget and scaling calls to hit acquisition and efficiency targets.
• Design concept testing structures and provide data-backed insights to the creative team after each round.
• Lead Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and grow TikTok across regions.
• Report performance honestly, including what isn’t working, and connect results to MER and CAC.
• Collaborate with the team on bundle, pricing, discounting tests and CRO/landing pages.
