Job summary

VERVE Fitness Pty Ltd. is seeking a Hands-On Head of Growth to own the marketing number and lead a small team across Australia and the United States. You’ll manage Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, content and B2B leads, with full autonomy over creative and our AI agent fleet.

The role requires proven ROAS ownership, a hands-on approach to ads, and experience leading a small team. On-site work at Upper Coomera is required.

Qualifications

• Owned a Sales or ROAS number, running a budget of several hundred thousand dollars against ROAS and CAC targets.
• Hands-on in Meta or Google, plus Klaviyo or Shopify/CRO, and able to run them yourself.
• Built automations, agents or workflows with AI (n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, custom GPTs), not just prompts.
• Led people or agencies; two or three people plus agencies is enough.
• Able to work on site at Upper Coomera.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-attributed Sales against budget, plus the full marketing budget, across channels in Australia and the US.
• Lead a team of four: Ecommerce Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Creative Lead and Marketing Coordinator.
• Sign off on creative and AI-driven campaigns; own what you build next.
