Searchability® is a leading Sydney-based performance marketing agency seeking a Performance Director to own the strategy and delivery of paid campaigns for premium Australian eCommerce brands. You’ll lead multi-channel initiatives, mentoring a team of specialists, and collaborate closely with clients to drive growth, profitability and measurable business outcomes.

With 5+ years in Performance Marketing and deep experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), you’ll blend strategic thinking

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across Performance Marketing, Paid Social or Digital Media.
• Strong expertise across Paid Social platforms including Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
• Proven experience developing and delivering performance-led strategies for eCommerce brands, with a focus on customer acquisition, revenue growth and profitability

Responsibilities

• Lead performance strategy and delivery for a portfolio of some of Australia\'s most exciting eCommerce brands.
• Develop and execute high-performing digital campaigns, with a particular focus on Paid Social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal specialists to identify opportunities to scale, test, and optimise performance.
