Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Senior People Specialist in ANZ to provide HR Generalist and HR Operations support for the Perth region. The role focuses on acting as the primary HR contact for WA businesses, partnering with the Senior People Business Partner, ANZ, and coordinating payroll and HRIS activities.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, and talent development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and global HR guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR generalist experience, multinational preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and statutory requirements in Australia.
• Experience interpreting awards is essential.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll administration or payroll vendors (e.g., ADP).
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to influence stakeholders and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key HR contact for the Perth businesses; support Senior PBP, ANZ in day-to-day HR in WA.
• Support HR Operations: employee lifecycle administration, HRIS, payroll coordination, reporting and process improvements.
• Collaborate with TA and Senior PBP to drive high-quality recruitment and on-boarding; manage performance coaching and PIP processes.
