Job summary

RSGx in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner based in Perth to support the General Manager - HR across the WA and NT regions. You will partner with project leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions, shaping workforce capability, engagement, and performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
• Strategic and operational HR advisory across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work, modern awards.
• Experience managing employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leaders to provide proactive HR advice aligned with business objectives.
• Guide on employment legislation, modern awards, policies, and HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, wellbeing and diversity across the region.
• Support performance and development processes, talent reviews and leadership programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
• Work with payroll, recruitment and HRIS to ensure consistent outcomes across WA/NT.
• Participate in investigations and address workplace grievances and compliance matters.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and governance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
