Job summary

Infosys is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to join the Australia & New Zealand HR team, based in Perth, WA. You will support employees across Australia and drive HR activities while contributing to regional projects within a collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Australia & New Zealand HR Manager, the role requires 3–4 years of HR experience (HR Generalist) with ER expertise, and a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Recruiter contact provided for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling full range of employee relations issues.
• Hands-on enablement and coaching of managers.
• Experience in multicultural, international business across multiple time zones.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees in Australia and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Execute performance management processes and train managers on appraisal cycles.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and deploy Rewards & Recognition programs for the location.
• Manage HR processes including HRIS maintenance, employee lifecycle, analytics, and engagement.
• Support closure of employee issues in liaison with offshore HR teams and HR SPOC.
• Prepare reports on HR solutions and initiatives; contribute to regional projects.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with policy and law.
