Blackwoods is seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support regional operations across a nationwide Trade Store network. You will influence leaders, navigate employee and industrial relations matters, and drive practical people solutions that enable business success.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience in complex operational environments.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred; HR-focused degrees highly regarded but other disciplines considered.
• Strong ER/IR and industrial relations expertise, including EBA experience.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and transformation programs.
• Proven capability in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to execute workforce and people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future leadership capability.
• Support significant business transformation and organisational change programs.
• Coach, challenge and influence leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and engagement.
• Drive improvements across retention, attendance, performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and risk management matters.
• Lead enterprise bargaining activities and maintain productive union relationships.
• Use workforce insights and metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision making.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships across People, Safety, Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.
