Blackwoods is seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support regional operations across a national Trade Store network, covering more than 50 locations and approximately 480 team members. You will drive workforce and talent initiatives, support transformation programs and advise leaders on people matters.

Formación

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degrees in other disciplines considered.
• Strong ER and IR expertise, including EBA enterprise bargaining experience.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and transformation programs.
• Strong capability in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders.
• Highly collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operational leaders to execute workforce and people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future leadership capability.
• Support significant business transformation and organisational change programs.
• Coach, challenge and influence leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and engagement.
• Drive improvements across retention, attendance, performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and risk management matters.
• Lead enterprise bargaining activities and maintain productive union relationships.
• Use workforce insights, data and metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision making.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships across People, Safety, Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.
