Job summary

Blackwoods, part of Wesfarmers, seeks a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support Regional Operations leaders across a national Trade Store network. You will drive workforce strategies, lead organisational change and provide expert ER/IR guidance across 50+ locations and ~480 team members.

You will partner with leaders to build capability, mentor managers, lead enterprise bargaining activities, and use data to inform decisions while promoting a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational environments.
• Strong ER/IR expertise including EBA knowledge.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to execute workforce strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives.
• Support major transformation and change programs.
• Coach and influence leaders to strengthen performance and engagement.
• Drive improvements in retention, attendance and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and risk management.
• Lead enterprise bargaining activities and maintain union relationships.
• Use workforce insights and metrics to inform decisions.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Build partnerships across People, Safety, Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.
