Blackwoods is seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support Regional Operations leaders across a national Trade Store network. You will influence leaders at all levels, manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, and help shape the workforce for a large, customer-focused organisation.

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational environments.
• ER/IR expertise including enterprise bargaining experience.
• Proven success leading organisational change and transformation programs.

• Ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders.

About the role

We're seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support our Regional Operations leaders across a national Trade Store network. Supporting more than 50 locations and approximately 480 team members, you'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams, driving organisational change and delivering practical people solutions that enable business success.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for someone who

• Significant HR Business Partnering experience within complex operational environments.
• Tertiary qualifications at bachelor's degree level are preferred. While qualifications in Human Resources are highly regarded, candidates with degrees from other disciplines will also be considered.
• Strong (ER) employee relations and (IR) industrial relations expertise, including (EBA) enterprise bargaining experience.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and transformation programs.
• Strong capability in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders.
• Highly collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
