Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking a Senior People Experience Business Partner to support Regional Operations leaders across a national Trade Store network. You will partner with leaders to execute people strategies, lead workforce planning, succession and talent initiatives, and drive significant organisational change to enable business success.

Qualifications

• We're seeking significant HRBP experience within complex operational environments.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred; HR qualifications highly regarded but other disciplines considered.
• Strong ER and IR expertise, including enterprise bargaining experience.
• Proven success leading organisational change and transformation programs.
• Strong workforce planning, talent management and succession planning capabilities.
• Ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders.
• Collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable working strategically and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to execute workforce and people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future leadership capability.
• Support significant business transformation and organisational change programs.
• Coach, challenge and influence leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and engagement.
• Drive improvements across retention, attendance, performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and risk management matters.
• Lead enterprise bargaining activities and maintain productive union relationships.
• Use workforce insights, data and metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision making.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships across People, Safety, Talent Acquisition and operational leadership teams.
