Tassal Group is seeking a Senior P&C Performance Partner to lead strategic partnering across complex portfolios and provide senior-level coaching and judgement. You’ll work with senior leaders and operations teams to navigate employee relations and industrial relations with confidence and care.

This is a role that shapes workforce design, change initiatives and a practical, trusted P&C function. You’ll mentor others and drive capability across the team while emphasising risk and culture

Qualifikationen

• Deep ER/IR experience and commercial judgement.
• Strong stakeholder influence and coaching skills.
• Confident leading change and ambiguity.
• Balanced approach to risk, culture and outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or leading P&C professionals.
• Coach and mentor P&C Performance Partners through feedback, guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Help lift consistency, capability and confidence across the Performance Partnering team.
