Job summary

Tassal Group is seeking a P&C Performance Partner to provide practical, commercially focused People & Culture support across your allocated portfolio. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver people outcomes and coaching across ER/IR and workforce planning.

This role suits an experienced HR Advisor or developing P&C Partner ready to step into a broader partnering role, gaining exposure to complex operational portfolios and continuing to build ER/IR capability in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR advisory, generalist or business partnering role.
• Sound understanding of ER/IR, employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence supporting performance, conduct and sensitive people matters.
• Ability to balance care, risk and commercial outcomes.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to keep learning and build your partnering capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused People & Culture support across allocated portfolio.
• Support employee relations, industrial relations, performance, change, workforce planning and leader coaching.
• Escalate risks and lean on senior support when needed to protect the business.
• Partner with leaders to deliver thoughtful people outcomes and practical solutions.
• Develop ER/IR capability within a supportive team environment.
