Job summary

Insignia Financial in Melbourne is seeking a Head of P&C Business Partnering to influence operating models, workforce evolution and how our people strategy supports the organisation’s priorities.

You’ll work with Executives and senior leaders to shape organisational design, lead transformation initiatives and drive leadership, capability and culture outcomes.

This is a high-impact, influence-led role that leverages coaching and collaboration across P&C to deliver practical people solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior P&C partnering experience with executive exposure.
• Strong organisational design experience.
• Experience delivering people strategies linked to business outcomes.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders on complex workforce matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational design and operating model work, shaping future structures and workforce requirements.
• Develop and influence business cases for workforce and operating model change, from initial thinking to implementation.
• Partner with Executives on people strategy, priorities, and capability needs.
• Lead talent reviews and calibration forums, driving development, succession and retention actions.
• Use workforce insights and metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to complex transformation activities, including M&A integration or separation.
• Coach and build capability across the P&C team to improve delivery.
