Job summary

Insignia Financial Limited is seeking a senior P&C partner to influence how the organisation is structured and how its workforce evolves. You will connect business strategy with people priorities and lead complex organisational design and workforce change from shaping the operating model to delivering the business case through approval and implementation.

Qualifications

Significant experience in senior P&C partnering with executives.
Strong organisational design experience with large-scale workforce change.
Proven ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as strategic partner to senior leaders on organisational challenges.
Lead operating model and workforce design initiatives from concept to approval.
Develop business cases for workforce and operating model change and drive implementation.
Lead talent reviews, calibration forums and retention actions.
Utilise workforce data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support transformation activities including M&A integration or separation as required.
Collaborate with P&C teams to shape and deliver broader initiatives.
Coach and build capability across the P&C function.
