You'll coach through employee relations matters, support workforce planning, contribute to organisational change and performance conversations, and act as a trusted partner balancing people, risk and commercial outcomes. This role suits an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR advisory, generalist or business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, ER/IR, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting performance, conduct and other employee relations matters.
• Ability to balance employee experience, business needs and risk management.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Desire to learn, grow and build partnering capability.
