Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking a People and Culture Advisor to support leaders across the entire employee life cycle, focusing on employee relations, coaching, and policy-driven guidance. You will sit in an established team and drive core HR activities aligned with business objectives.

The role requires about 3 years of HR generalist experience in a medium-to-large blue-collar environment, strong stakeholder management, and proven employment relations expertise.

• Strong stakeholder management and experience with employment relations.

• Support leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.
• Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.
• Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.
• Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics, and overall business performance.

Your New Role:

In your role as the People and Culture Advisor you will sit within an established and supportive team, and support leaders across the entire employee life cycle; with a focus on employee relations and proactive coaching and support. Your duties will include:

• Support leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.
• Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.
• Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.
• Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics, and overall business performance.

To be successful in this position, you will be:

• You will consider yourself highly motivated, ambitious, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in contributing to quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers.
• You will have approximately 3 years of prior HR generalist experience in a similar medium to large organisation and blue collar industry, strong stakeholder management and strong experience with employment relations.
