Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor in Melbourne to provide broad generalist HR support across the business. You will partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, talent and succession planning, WHS and organisational capability.

This 12-month contract reports to the Head of HR and offers an opportunity to build leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines and help foster a high-performance culture within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR guidance across employee relations, performance and welfare matters.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and legal compliance.
• Ability to influence leaders and build capability across a multi-site business.

Job description

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide broad generalist HR support across the business, partnering with leaders across employee relations, performance, talent, succession planning, WHS and organisational capability.

About you

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, P&C Advisor or HR Generalist role.


• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.


• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment will be highly regarded.


• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.


• HR or related tertiary qualifications preferred.
