Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager in a remote AU role. You will drive AU channel revenue by prioritising high-velocity partners, digital marketplaces, and enablement models. You’ll work with the Director of Partnerships, APAC to scale partnerships to contribute to 50% of the region\'s revenue.

The role is an IC position based in Australia, with remote-first work, autonomy, and access to advanced AI tools, ESOP, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing channel ecosystems that sell to buyers with sub-1,000 employee counts.
• Proven ability to scale partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of high-volume sales cycles, ACV, and ICP Match.
• Hunter minded problem solver with refined communication skills.
• Negotiator with experience working with C-suite and GM level personas.
• Comfortable with public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Engage: nurture and grow existing referral partnerships across Accounting firms, HR Consultants, Payroll bureaus and Technology partners.
• Acquire Channel Partnerships: recruit, activate and manage regional VARs and MSPs with large SME footprints on our reseller model.
• Scalable Enablement: training and digital toolkits for rapid partner activation.
• Volume Campaign Management: partner with Marketing to launch low-touch, high-yield demand generation campaigns.
• Velocity Pipeline Management: manage high-volume lead pipelines.
• Marketplace Expansion: drive revenue through B2B cloud marketplaces favoured by SME buyers.
• Design partnership acquisition strategy aligned with Ideal Partner Profile.
• Grow key accounts by meetings and business reviews with partners.
• Execute AU Partner Marketing Strategy by planning and hosting events.
