Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring a Senior Partnerships Account Executive to accelerate AU channel revenue, reporting to the Director of Partnerships APAC. This IC role focuses on high-velocity partnerships, referral networks, and strategic marketplaces, with a remote-first setup based in Australia.

You will recruit, activate and manage regional VARs/MSPs, design partner enablement, run partner meetings and business reviews, and collaborate with marketing to generate demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing channel ecosystems that sell to buyers with sub-1,000 employee counts.
• Proven ability to scale partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of high-volume sales cycles, average contract values (ACV), and ICP match.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a partnership acquisition strategy in alignment with the Ideal Partner Profile.
• Strategically grow key accounts by running online and in-person meetings, and conducting business reviews with partners.
• Execute AU Partner Marketing Strategy by planning and hosting events.
