Finder is a global fintech hub with Sydney roots seeking a Senior Performance Manager to drive new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships. You will lead a strategic approach with internal stakeholders to meet revenue and GM goals.

You will own the reward pipeline, onboard partners, and ensure partnerships are commercially strong while expanding into new niche categories. Strong communication and multi-partner management are essential.

Competenze

Experience in digital business development, sales and account management.
Experience in an agency or publisher environment or similar.
Experience in approaching, pitching and closing new business, developing new partnerships and maintaining existing partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing multiple partnerships at once.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and Has Offers.
