IPF Digital Australia, trading as Credit24, seeks a Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage strategic alliances that drive growth and strengthen market position. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise value, negotiate terms, and optimise partner performance.

The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing and offers a genuine hybrid working model with flexible WFH arrangements, reflecting our culture of balance and delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience in day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space.
• Experience in building and expanding sales pipeline to drive sustainable growth.
• Skilled in executing partnership strategies within financial services (preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure sustainable agreements.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Proven expertise in partnership management with a track record of delivering high-impact partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Existing partner relationship management and optimisation: build strong partner relationships and improve the performance of existing partnerships.
• New partnership development and pipeline management: identify and convert new partnership opportunities to support business growth.
• Partner implementation and cross-functional collaboration: coordinate onboarding and ongoing optimisation of partner integrations.
• Budget and performance management: monitor budgets, cost per funded loan, and ROI; report on performance and opportunities to improve efficiency.
