Access4 is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Melbourne team. You will own a portfolio of partners from onboarding through renewal, building trusted relationships with Business Managers, Finance teams and other leaders.

You will work with the Regional Manager to drive adoption, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities. A flexible work arrangement with home-based days is offered, and travel to partner sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Ability to talk with senior stakeholders and guide customers through change.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into results.
• Based in Melbourne or willing to travel regularly.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding, set launch goals and coordinate system setup.
• Develop tailored communication and marketing plans to drive adoption.
• Identify account growth, upgrades and upsell opportunities with the Regional Manager.
• Own renewals, check-ins and annual partner reviews.
• Monitor account health, address risks and share feedback with internal teams.
• Represent the business at partner and industry events.
