Kelly+Partners is hiring a Manager in the Inner West office of Sydney. You will lead client work across business services and taxation, mentor staff, and partner with senior leadership to drive growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting practice.
• CA qualified or near completion.
• Strong technical expertise across business services and taxation.
• Experience reviewing the work of junior team members and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review client work across business services and tax.
• Provide tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
• Manage workflow to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with Partners on client matters and practice growth.
• Identify opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture.
