Qualifications

• Strong experience in investment product management, platform products, wealth management or funds management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product and commercial strategies that drive growth and client outcomes.
• Deep understanding of investment markets, fund management and product development.
• Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships with fund and asset managers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering outcomes through others.
• Sound understanding of governance, risk and regulatory requirements within wealth and investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the investment offering and fund manager partnerships.
• Build and manage senior relationships with fund and asset managers, identifying opportunities for investment solutions that support client outcomes and platform growth.
• Drive the investment product roadmap, shaping our proposition through market insights, strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of the platform proposition.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for investment onboarding and governance, ensuring strong execution, effective risk management and alignment with the broader Wrap strategy.
