Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of venues, owning guest experience, labour, cost and compliance. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive standards, and partner with the Executive Chef to ensure FOH and BOH run as one.

You'll report to our F&B Director, manage rostering against real trade, and bring a track record of improving commercial performance across multiple sites. You're comfortable with high-volume hospitality and the NSW licensing landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in improving commercial performance of venues.
• Leaders developed who have gone on to run venues of their own.
• Strong rostering, labour control & award compliance.
• Solid knowledge of NSW liquor licensing, RSA and WHS obligations.
• Current NSW RSA certification is advantageous.
• Leadership style that works from the floor, not the office.
• Experience coordinating across multiple venues and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the results of your cluster: guest experience, labour, cost and compliance.
• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers into leaders who solve problems before they escalate.
• Drive standards and operating rhythm across all venues in your cluster.
• Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef to align FOH and BOH operations.
• Provide clear, data-informed insights to the F&B Director on performance.
