Hospoworld Resourcing is partnering with an internationally recognised fast-casual dining brand expanding in Victoria. Located in Melbourne's CBD, the new 50-seat restaurant offers a modern, fitted-out space and a clear path to senior roles as the brand grows.

As Restaurant Manager you will lead daily operations, mentor the team, drive profitability, manage recruitment and training, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management (restaurant preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
