Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Melbourne VIC is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join as Restaurant Operations Manager. This hands-on role leads shifts, develops the team and drives the guest experience that keeps guests coming back.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to hit operational goals, coach staff and maintain high standards across food quality, cleanliness and service. Our growing national operator offers clear career pathways and long-term leadership

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within QSR, pub and casual dining or another fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Willingness to lead from the front and roll up sleeves.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Drive shifts and set the pace for team performance and customer experience.
• Develop and lead team members, building capability for future growth.
• Create memorable guest experiences that build loyalty and repeat business.

• Ensure safety, compliance and operational excellence across every shift.
• Support key business functions including rostering, labour and inventory management.
