Better Rehab is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into leadership and mentoring roles within a vibrant, clinician-led team of 17. You will assess clients across homes, day centres, parks and even the beach, designing impactful therapy plans and building lasting relationships.

The role advances supervision, cross-team collaboration, and professional growth within a supportive culture that values open communication and fun. Travel-friendly, flexible work.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• 4+ years of post-graduate experience.
