Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the Newcastle team in a flexible hybrid role that blends clinic appointments, community visits and up to three days per week working from home.

Based in a modern office near the beach, you will work with a diverse caseload across NDIS and Support at Home, including assistive technology, home modifications and functional assessments to help clients of all ages reach their goals.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ideal for Occupational Therapists with 4+ years experience aiming to develop clinical leadership.

About the role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our friendly Newcastle team in a flexible hybrid role that combines clinic-based appointments, community visits and up to three days per week working from home.

Based in our modern office just a five-minute drive from the beach, you'll have no shortage of great coffee and lunch spots to enjoy between appointments. You'll be joining a supportive and social team that genuinely enjoys spending time together, whether that's collaborating in the office or heading off on our annual Hunter Valley wine tour!

With a diverse caseload across both NDIS and Support at Home, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a broad range of occupational therapy services, including assistive technology, home modifications, functional assessments and ongoing therapy to support clients of all ages to achieve their goals.
