Better Rehab in North Lakes is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead supervision and mentoring, shaping the growth of other clinicians while advancing your leadership skills. Expect a varied caseload across development and acquired disabilities, with supervisor hours contributing to KPI metrics.

You will mentor, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to high-performing care while expanding your own leadership capabilities in a clinician-led environment.

Qualifikationen

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• 4+ years of post-grad experience

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career, developing and refining their supervision and mentoring skills while shaping the growth of other clinicians. You will have the chance to share your expertise, support emerging therapists and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team, all while continuing to advance your own leadership capability.

You’ll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. Supervisor hours go towards your KPI.
