Better Rehab in Shellharbour is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred therapy across NDIS and Support at Home with a varied caseload. You will conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from homes to day centres and parks.

You’ll build strong client relationships, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow professionally in a flexible, supportive workplace that values development, supervision, and high-quality care.

Formación

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• 1+ years post-graduate experience preferred.

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.You’llhave the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills acrossdifferent stagesof their support journey.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on acase by casebasis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• AnNDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• This role is ideal for Occupational Therapists with 1+ years of post-grad experience
