Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-led team near Bankstown Airport. You will lead and support early-career clinicians, managing diverse caseloads across home and community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating client-centred therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers pathways to Team Leader or Clinical Supervisor while fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration is required.
• NDIS check and Working with Children Check (and Police Check) are required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans across diverse environments (homes, day centres, parks, beach).
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the impact of your work.

Better Rehab works across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. We’re a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we’re now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision, or who have a real interest in developing those skills to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. It’s a warm, team-focused culture where you’ll make a meaningful difference to the people we support.

This role is open to being a Team Leader position or developed into a Clinical Supervisor role for Therapists who are ready to take a step up and develop their operational leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRAregistration as an Occupational Therapist
