Job Description

Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs.

Better Rehab works across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. Joining our Macquarie Park team, you’ll be supported by onsite supervision and an experienced senior team committed to creating a nurturing environment where you can learn, grow and build your clinical skills. You’ll also be part of a friendly and social multidisciplinary team who value collaboration, connection and making everyone feel welcome.

Day-to-day you will:
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
