Job summary

Better Rehab is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to work across the NDIS and Support at Home programs, delivering meaningful assessments and therapy plans in participants' homes, day centres, parks, and even at the beach.

Join a supportive team with three OT supervisors and a Team Leader who’s also an OT, in a culture that values collaboration, development, and patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Ideal role for an early-career Occupational Therapist

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

Sutherland is one of our newer Sydney sites, proudly supporting the local NDIS community for just over two years.
