Medilaw Group is actively seeking a high-energy CRM leader in Sydney to drive account management, nurture client relationships and grow business opportunities across health, legal and related services. This role involves strategic planning, tender submissions and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

You will report to the GM – NSW/ACT, travel regionally as needed, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where client focus and measurable growth are

Formación

• Client relationship management/business development management or related position.
• Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
• Experience in marketing health services.
• Degree or higher qualifications.
• 5years’ experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight and coordination of Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
• Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
• Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
• Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
• Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
• Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
