Medilaw is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative CRM leader to drive high-level account management and business development. You will manage a pipeline of customers and provide outstanding service to key clients, with occasional travel to regional areas.

Reporting to the General Manager – NSW/ACT, you will develop and convert opportunities, while coordinating across internal teams to ensure contractual delivery and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Client relationship management experience in a commercial setting.
• Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
• Experience in marketing health services.
• Degree or higher qualifications.
• 5 years’ experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
• Manage and nurture client relationships including contract management and renewal.
• Develop strategy and manage relationships with assigned customers and stakeholders.
• Address client concerns or complaints with consistent resolutions.
• Ensure operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
• Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
