The Medilaw Group is seeking a proactive CRM professional to lead account management and business development across Australia. You will nurture key client relationships, coordinate contracts, and drive growth while maintaining service excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager, NSW/ACT, you will develop a strategic pipeline and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations, with occasional regional travel as needed.

• Experience in client relationship management or business development.
• Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
• Experience in marketing health services.
• Degree or higher qualifications.
• 5 years’ experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, driven high level CRM with excellent account management and relationship building as well as business development skills, who thrives in a fast paced and innovative environment, to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager – NSW/ACT, you will be responsible for developing and converting a pipeline of customers, in addition to providing outstanding service to our key existing customers. Some occasional travel to regional regions will be required.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversight and coordination of Medilaw’s accounts and future accounts.
• Manage and nurture client relationships incorporating contract management; contract renewal, customer retention and business growth.
• Overall responsibility for developing strategy and managing relationships with assigned customers including contract management and key internal and external stakeholder liaison.
• Manage client concerns or complaints ensuring a consistent approach to resolutions and outcomes.
• Ensure that operational delivery matches contracted requirements.
• Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Client relationship management/business development management or related position.
• Understanding of IME/ Medico Legal Services.
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
• Experience in marketing health services.
• Degree or higher qualifications.
• 5years’ experience in Health, Financial or Service industry.
