Job summary

Lander & Rogers is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to drive key client relationships and growth initiatives across practices, sectors and offices in Australia. You will work closely with the Client Relationship Lead, Partners and colleagues to translate client insights into strategic opportunities and stronger client outcomes.

Domestic travel will be required as part of the role and you will shape our approach to client initiatives, market engagement and high-value pursuits to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, business development or a growth-focused role within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how professional services build sustainable client relationships.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Partners and senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to client plans, business development strategies or strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship and growth plans for selected key clients.
• Collaborate with Partners and growth leaders to identify client needs and opportunities for cross-firm collaboration.
• Support the ongoing development and delivery of the firm’s key client program.
• Translate client and market insights into practical recommendations.
• Advise Partners on client planning, relationship risks and priority growth opportunities.
• Coordinate client-facing campaigns and market engagement activities.
• Monitor progress of client plans and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
