Qualifications

• Experience in medicolegal, personal injury, workers' comp or related services.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to communicate with legal, insurance, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience managing a caseload or client portfolio with competing stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with law firms, insurers, employers and the people managing personal injury and compensation matters.
• Understand clients' workflows and assessment needs, helping them access relevant medical experts.
• Stay connected through proactive phone calls, online meetings and client visits.
• Reconnect with inactive clients, understand what has changed and help them resume booking.
• Identify opportunities to introduce MEDirect to additional colleagues, teams and offices within existing accounts.
• Lead client reviews, respond to feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Share insights about the medical specialties, locations and services clients need.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use account information to plan follow-up and track progress.
• Represent MEDirect at relevant client meetings and industry events.
