Westgold Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Engineer to support safe and efficient underground mining operations. The role reports to the Manager - Operations and focuses on monitoring performance, analysing production and cost metrics, and providing operational support to site leadership teams.

Key duties include monitoring KPIs, producing forecasts, identifying productivity improvements, and supporting mine planning and design.

Competenze

• Must hold First Class Mine Manager's Certificate or WA Underground Shift Supervisor's Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years' underground mining experience.
• Experience in underground operations, mine planning or shift supervision.
• Ability to analyse operational data and translate findings into practical outcomes.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card, National Police Clearance, and C Class Driver's Licence required.

Westgold is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Engineer to support the safe and efficient delivery of underground mining operations.

Reporting to the Manager - Operations, this role focuses on monitoring mine performance, analysing production and cost metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing operational support to site leadership teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse production, physicals, costs, and operational KPIs.
• Provide operational reporting, forecasts, and recommendations against budget and mine plan.

• Support optimisation of mining methods, mine design, and underground production activities.
