Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Higginsville operation in Western Australia. You will lead a fixed plant maintenance team, plan and execute maintenance activities, and drive safety and reliability across crushing, milling, and leaching circuits.

You will maintain detailed CMMS records, manage capital requests, and mentor staff to build a collaborative, safety‑driven culture on site.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing a fixed plant maintenance team.
• Shut down planning and managing experience.
• Sound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, and reagent circuits; and associated infrastructure.
• Experience in submitting Capital Expenditure Requests (CER’s).
• Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable).
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your team.

• Actively manage maintenance planning activities and the maintenance team.
• Report to the Maintenance Superintendent on the status of key projects and day to day activities.
• Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto, our CMMS.
• Lead and mentor teams to promote a positive safety culture in the workplace.
• Collaborate with the team to develop efficient maintenance processes across the plant.
• Promote a high level of safety awareness and lead by example.
• Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required.

THE ROLE

• Play a key role as part of the management team in the implementation of a positive, safe and productive culture in the workplace
• Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes across the plant
• Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead by example
• Be visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teams
• Actively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by example
• Liaising with Contractors and Stakeholders as required

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
