Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Alternate Underground Manager to join Cue Operations. This is a key leadership opportunity to drive safety, performance, and culture in a high-impact environment. You will lead operational and technical teams, influence mine planning and project delivery, and mentor emerging professionals while supporting Westgold’s strategic goals. Big Bell is a unique mine with access to multiple mining methods, incorporating sub-level caving and open stoping at the one operation, working within an experienced management team that is setup for success in FY27.
