Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our IT Services team for a 6-month contract in Parramatta (onsite 3 days per week). You will work across Microsoft cloud technologies, collaboration tools, and modern workplace solutions, delivering high-quality support and project delivery for enterprise environments.

The role requires 7+ years in IT services, strong Azure/365/Intune expertise, and a hands-on, customer-facing mindset with strong problem-solving and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in the IT services industry, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience supporting: Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS and Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical expertise across Microsoft technologies.
• Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Support technology migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure customer environments remain secure, available, and high performing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
