Job summary

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Microsoft Administrator with 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments. The role covers 365 administration, Entra ID/AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune, with a strong emphasis on security, policy, and ITIL-compliant processes.

The successful candidate will work onsite in Perth, collaborating with IT teams to maintain and optimize the Microsoft stack, including PowerShell

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of direct Microsoft administration experience with strong troubleshooting and operations support.
Experience with Azure, Microsoft Defender, hybrid environments and Microsoft certifications is highly regarded.
Candidates must be able to work in Perth, 5 days onsite and hold valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licences, configuration and troubleshooting.
Manage Entra ID / Active Directory, users, groups, permissions, MFA and Conditional Access.
Administer Exchange Online, including mailboxes, permissions, distribution groups and mail flow.
Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including access, permissions and troubleshooting.
Manage Intune device enrolment, compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployment.
Support Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, patching and system maintenance.
Use PowerShell for administration, reporting and automation.
Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, security alerts and technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation and work within established ITIL/change-management processes.
