Insight is seeking a Senior Microsoft security architect in Perth, Western Australia. This hybrid role involves 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, reporting into the Modern Work & Security practice.

You will lead discovery engagements, design target-state security architectures, and guide clients through critical decisions across the Microsoft security stack. You will contribute to the practice by building capability, reusable IP, accelerators, and uplift programs that elevate

• Demonstrated senior architecture and advisory capability with problem definition and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements and advisory workshops with clients to clarify outcomes and decisions.
• Frame complex challenges with structured critical thinking and translate into clear options.
• Design target-state security architectures, maturity assessments, roadmaps and control mappings.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs to executives and technical stakeholders in business terms.
• Provide architecture governance and act as escalation point for delivery teams on complex designs.
• Contribute reusable IP, reference architectures and advisory methods to strengthen the practice.
