Job summary

Avanade in Sydney seeks an experienced M365 Support Specialist to join our Managed Services team. You will work closely with customers to deliver high-touch MSP support and ensure a strong service experience across M365 and Azure.

You will configure, monitor, and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services, while upholding security and governance standards. This role is on-site in Sydney.

Qualifications

Australian citizenship or eligible to obtain Government Security Clearance where required.
On-site role in Sydney, Australia.
7+ years of technology experience, with consultancy or SI exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale M365/Azure deployments in secure environments.
Engineer, configure, and operate M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
Manage identity and access using Entra ID, incl. MFA and conditional access.
Administer Azure resources supporting M365 workloads and governance standards.
Monitor service health and respond to incidents (L2/L3).
Maintain documentation and collaborate with security teams and architects.
