Job summary

The HR Ally in Sydney is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows and Mac platforms, deliver expert end-user support, and lead system implementations.

You will administer SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike and NinjaOne; own Azure AD design, Group Policy and Intune deployments; and drive migrations and process improvements while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an IT Administrator.
• Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end.
• Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac.
• Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne & more.
• Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune & O365.
• Own Azure AD design, Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments.
• Lead system implementations, migrations & process improvements.
• Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm-wide.
